Hi,
I have a SBR 12.5H-B,which is one of your products that has a problem.
it has been working for over two years but the compressor failed and i replaced it with another one(not the same make).
I can not change the settings on the control panel, and the unit is stuck on"cooling mode instead of heating mode.what could be the problem? >> More queries...
