Buy Lead: (RF-370CN)fan motor air conditional (See details)
This motor goes into a heater blend door actuator on my 1998 dodge van. It is a 2 wire hook up on the back of the motor.The front has two screw holes that mount a small metal plate to it. On the motor shaft is had a plastic worm screw to drive plastic gears.
Wondering what you have like this as this is the part number.
It has a second number under it on the motor KD428120 made in China.
