Today i bought in the netherlands your product the Wet & Dry cleaner ZN1201 but is saw opening the box that there are no hepa filters included so useless.
I already contacted de manufactory where i bought your product online "http://trad4u.eu/nl/". To help me out wich filters/bags and where i can buy those filters/bags.
Unfortunately they can't help me out. All i want to know is the type/size of hepafilters and bags i have to use.
Realy hope you will help me out.
