Buy Lead: DCJ55A-Bar Fridge,Desk-top with glass door,Commercial Cooler (See details)

I have just gained my recently deceased brother in law's wine cooler model DCJ55A and do not know how to set the temperature. It is currently showing 21 which I realise is too high for white wine which is what I want to store in it. I can move numbers up and down but can't seem to set it to a fixed temperature and would appreciate guidance with this?
